Arend is back from the summer training with Vladimir Vasiliev and shares the work "Against Tension". Arend shares the lessons of this unique topic.

A topic of great interest and importance (covered for the first time). A unique ways to make a quantum leap of your fighting skills and wellbeing by breaking through your physical and psychological tension.

Logistics

Location - Depanding of the weather we train in a nice garden in Diever or in a gym.

Sleeping - There is an option to sleep (camp) at the garden where we have the BBQ and training or you can sleep at home and join the next morning the morning training and breakfast.

Eating - We arrange lunch in the afternoon for Saturday and Sunday. Saturday evening a barbecue after the 1st seminar day and breakfast on Sunday morning.

Agianst Tension Seminar

Bypass studying numerous patterns and concepts, bypass long and intense workouts. Take a shortcut to power, precision, and awareness – free yourself from excess tension and expand the reserves of your body and psyche.

Tension can be caused by your own personal experience, such as injuries, psychological traumas, stress, or negative emotions. It is best resolved through Systema breath and body drills.
Tension can also result from the actual external threats, such as anticipation of a strike, a threat of a weapon, or an approaching mass attack. It is best resolved by learning the right moves and the right state of mind to prevail.

At this seminar, you go through two levels of training.
1. Find tension in yourself through breathing, structure, movement, and relaxation.
2. Remove the needless tension through combative drills.

You will learn:

• How muscle tension can spread through the body, mind, and psyche and how to reverse this effect
• Ways to turn the tension in your opponent into your strength
• To transform a weapon from your cause of tension, into a tool of precise work
• How to navigate through the tension of a crowd
