Place an order

Ordering products can be done in a few simple steps.

Select product

When you have seen a product in our shop, click on the product to see more information and specifications of the product. If you want to purchase a product then choose the type, color, size, etc. depending on the product and then click on the "ADD TO CART" button.

In shopping basket

A popup screen appears with the following text, "The product has been successfully added to your shopping cart"

In your shopping cart you will find the products that you want to buy and can then pay by clicking on the "CONTINUE TO PAY" button. If you want to buy more than one product, click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.

You can always go to the shopping cart while shopping (surfing) right at the top of the page

Check whether you have the products and the correct number in your shopping cart, then you can continue to pay. You click on the "CONTINUE TO PAY" button. You will be taken to a new page where, if you are an existing customer, you can log in or create an account. You can then complete your order in 3 clear steps.

Step 1 Address details

Here you can check your address details and, if desired, specify a different delivery address. Depending on the delivery to which country, the costs and shipping method are calculated in step 2. Click the "CONTINUE" button to go to the next step.

Step 2 Shipping method

Here the webshop shows the shipping method and costs for delivering to the address you have chosen with address details. Click on the "CONTINUE" button to go to the next step.

Step 3 Payment method

Choose the desired payment method (with Ideal also the bank with which you will be making a transaction) and accept the terms of use by checking the box (in the box).

To be sure, check your order on the right-hand side of your page. You can click on "view details" to see the details of the order

If you agree, you can click on the "CONFIRM THE ORDER AND PAY" button to complete your order.

You will always receive a confirmation E-mail after placing the order.

What is a coupon?

Everyone is happy with a nice discount on their purchases. Of course we know the paper coupons to include supermarkets. The online coupons with their discount codes are exactly the same but for webshopping. The Discount code on the voucher gives you advantage and you will save on your purchases. This could be a discount amount or a percentage discount or free shipping. The discount can apply to a specific product, a specific productgroup or for all products in the shop. What is Mollie?

Mollie processes the payments for Soul Art Design (except Paypal). You can see Mollie as an intermediary; they ensure that your money is safely transferred from your bank to the webshop. iDEAL?

iDEAL is an online payment method, the payment method most commonly used in the Netherlands, and you can pay through your own bank. iDEAL is safe, easy and you pay in familiar banksurroundings as you are actually already used to.


Bank transfer (S€PA) payment?

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. It was introduced by the European Council to simplify payment traffic in Europe. With SEPA transfers can be made from any European checking account to any other European checking account. Paying by bank transfer is a trusted and secure way for consumers to pay for purchases online. The amount can easily be transferred via internet banking. SEPA transfers are supported in 34 countries.

How does a SEPA transfer work? When customers want to pay via a SEPA transfer, they receive the payment details directly on their screen or by e-mail. They then transfer the amount from their online banking environment when it suits them best. Instead of having to transfer the payment data manually, we offer the possibility of generating a QR code with which the payment can be made via an app. This reduces the chance of errors because the payment details are ready in the app after scanning.

If the customer does not use a QR code and accidentally makes a mistake while entering payment details, we will automatically refund the transaction to the customer.

Processing a transfer usually takes a few working days.

Shipment
Shipping within the Netherlands?

We can send your order in different ways, depending on the weight, and if it is mailboxpost or a parcel. If you make an order and add your shippingaddress, the webshop shows you the different shipping options and the costs. In the Netherlands we handle mailbox and parcel with track & trace and an order of €50,00 or more will be send without paying shippingcosts and with a track & trace.

The shipping rates include 21% VAT.


Shipping outside the Netherlands?

We ship worldwide. For the delivery of the order outside the Netherlands, we can send your order in different ways; our rates depends on weight and destination. At the checkout of your order, the shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping address in your shopping cart. Please note that each country has his own rules. The customs may charge additional fees upon delivery.

All our shipments, mailbox or package are with track & trace, so you can track your order at any time.


Delivery time in the Netherlands?

We will of course try to provide the order ASAP. Products that are in stock we aim to deliver to you within 5 days. Products that are not available will take more time and we will keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind?

As a customer you have a withdraw period of 30 days. If you have received the ordered product from us and you do not want to keep the product because the product for instance is not what you expected, you can return the product within 30 days after you have received your products. There are some conditions to it. It does not apply to used and worn products and DVDs where the seal is broken!


Return my order?

You can return your purchased products within 30 calendar days of receipt. This does not apply to used and worn products and to DVDs where the seal is open.

How does it work?

Click on the "Returns" button and you will see our return website (https://retour-soul-art-design.shipping-portal.com).

Click on the button "Start a return process" then you will enter the page where you enter the postcode and tracking number.

Then click the "Next ...." button and go through the return process.

Please note that under "Details Returns" at the bottom of the page you fill in what you want.

If you want to receive a different product, please state which product (s) you want, and if necessary, indicate color, size, etc. more info: "Exchange order"

If you want to receive the amount paid back from the returned product, please state this in the messages and also mention the bank account number on which the amount may be deposited. (PayPal payments are refunded via PayPal). "more info: "Amount refund".

Did you receive a wrong or defective product go to "Damaged product or a product I did not ordered"

Exchange my order?

It may be that you receive an ordered product at home and that you would have wanted a size smaller or larger, or that the color disappoints you. You can exchange your purchased products within the Netherlands within 30 days after receipt, free of charge.

In the Netherlands this is free of charge if you return via our return service (if you send it back in your own way then the costs are for yourself). Outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are for you.

Exchange or receive money back up to 30 calendar days after receipt and this does not apply to used and worn products and for DVDs where the seal is from. Exchange, look at "Return order" how this goes further.

We strive for a high quality and good service. However, it is possible that a wrong color or size has been sent to you or that you receive a different item than you ordered. Then look at "Damaged product or a product I did not ordered" how this goes further.

Why an account?

Why should you create an account? Creating an account has many benefits. You remember your account information so you can order easier next time (you do not need to enter your data again). You can check order history and hereby re-download and / or print invoices, your can compose your favorites list of products, manage coupons, enter multiple delivery addresses, and much more. Registered customers of Soul Art Design receive unique benefits to purchasing products through discounts.

Creating an account is free and easy. Here is a brief description of how you create an account:

There are two ways to create an account:

1) Click on "My Account" and then a login screen opens. Here you can enter your email address under the text "CREATE AN ACCOUNT". Then click on the "Create An Account" button. You get on the next page where you enter the required information, click on "Register" and your account has been created. You will be redirected to your own account page and it allows you to enter your address and other information.

2) Upon payment of an order, you can also create an account. Here you will find under the heading "1 Account" an opportunity to create an account. Click the button "Create account", then you come to the next page and fill in the requested information.

How do I Sign in?

If you have created an account you can sign in by standing left of the screen on the icon of a person or by clicking on the "My Account" button. Enter your registered email address and your password. You can also sign in at the checkout procces at "1. Account". Under "Already registered" you will find the "Click here" button.


What do I do if I can not sign in?

If you can not Sign in then this may be because you are using an e-mail address that is not registered or the password is incorrect. What do you do if you forget your password? Please click on the link "Forgot your password?". This links you to the next page. Here you can fill in your registered e-mail address and send.

If the e-mail address is correct you will receive the following message:

A confirmation email has been sent to your address:

An e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address with the name of the registered. If you have not received this e-mail, check whether this might end up in the spam box. Following confirmation of this e-mail you will receive an e-mail, on the name of the registered, with new credentials as a link to reset your password and a temporary password. You can change this temporary password into "My Account" in "My personal data".

Is your e-mail address incorrect you will receive the following message:

THERE IS 1 ERROR

There is no account registered for this email address.

This means you are not registered with us at this e-mail. Then check if you have other possible e-mail addresses. Soul Art Design can not help you out in connection with the privacy and security of the account.

Quality & Soul Art Design?

Soul Art Design strives to offer quality products with good value for money. We do not sell products that we do not stand behind. We work with several manufacturers, including: Surplus Raw Vintage, B & C, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Russian Martial Arts.com, to name a few.

Each manufacturer has its own quality control and Soul Art Design also controls all products as much as possible. If, unfortunately, something still goes wrong please let us know so we can fix this and can report this to the manufacturer. Email (link>).

The prints on the shirts that we supply are designed and printed at Soul Art Design. For the print quality we set high standards in terms of design, durability and washability.


Guarantee at Soul Art Design?

We at Soul Art Design stand guarantee for all products you buy from us, and the statutory warranty covers. This means that the delivered item (s) must be in good condition. If you receive an item that is not in good condition we will give a solution as soon as possible. Depending on the product, we will replace it or whether you get the amount paid by us.

When void the warranty? The warranty is void if the product is intentionally damaged by negligence (for example, if your clothes torn by a fall) and / or normal wear.

Symbols and labels in the clothes?

Each garment has its own washing instructions. You can find the washing instructions on the labels in the clothes. Below we have put down a list of different symbols with the meaning that you find on labels.

Imprints on clothing and merchandise have their own washing instructions. Unless otherwise indicated on the package when purchasing this as follows. Wash at 40 degrees, iron at 150 degrees (two dots), iron inside out or with a tea towel over the imprint. For best results,preferably washing the garment inside out and with a color detergent. Not in the dryer because it can release the imprint. Do not use bleach.
